Fundamentals -
This is an introduction to cheer class that goes over the basics of cheerleading going over tumbling, jumps, & flexibility.
Tuesday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday 4:30pm -5:30pm
Thursday 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Flight Class - * Need Coach Permission to Join This Class
This class is for Rock Cheer flyers who need to increase their body control, air awareness, & flying skill set - flyers will take turns learning new skills in the air and rotating through flexibility drills.

Mommy & Me!
Recreational Classes

Mondays at 12:00 - 1:00 pm

Our Mommy and Me class will teach the very beginnings of cheerleading and tumbling.
Our class will include motions, jumps and tumbling, all while using songs, music and games!
It's a great way for Mommy's (or Daddy's) to enjoy some bonding time with their little future cheerleader while learning important beginner cheerleading skills!
